Pentagon “ORDERS” Senator Barry Goldwater — don’t ask questions about UFOs and Aliens

The date of July 16, 1969 was the day of the launch of Apollo 11 and the initial kick-off for the first landing of the human race on our neighbour, the moon. The global importance of this major historic event was very evident at the Kennedy Space Center, Florida. It was Moon Shot Day! Many famous people from all over the world gathered in the VIP launch viewing area near the Apollo LCC (Launch Control Center).
The security was at its highest level with VIP guests present from every nation on earth. One guest was in attendance whom I had supported during his political career, Senator Barry M. Goldwater of Arizona. He had been the Republican Presidential candidate in 1964 running against President Lyndon B. Johnson. He had lost by a wide margin, but, we in Florida had delivered him a victory in Brevard County, Florida and the Space Port area and pride in ourselves regarding that minor accomplishment. In 1968, Goldwater won back his Senatorial seat in Arizona.
Senator Barry M. Goldwater was a former Major General in the United States Army Air Corp wanting to be a fighter pilot of a P-47 Thunderbolt and/or a P-51 Mustang aircraft, but was assigned to deliver various aircraft to combat areas. He had flown an estimated 160 plus other planes during his WW II and civilian years. I was also informed that he had been checked-out in an SR-71 Blackbird. That was VERY impressive to learn.
Being a registered Democrat supporting a Republican candidate in Florida did not gain me any favour through my lifelong political party in Florida. I constantly lived with insults and jokes which supplemented my involvement in UFO research. McCleland has always been a maverick.
During the long countdown of the Saturn V Apollo 11 launch vehicle, I took a breakfast break from the LCC and walked to the nearby VIP guest viewing site in hopes of meeting Senator Goldwater. As I scanned the numerous people gathered, I asked one of our security guards if he was aware of the location of Goldwater? He pointed his finger to an open field nearby saying “Do you see that guy over there setting up his camera tripod, Mac? That’s Senator Goldwater”.
I had my camera around my neck in hopes of having a photo opportunity with the Senator. I strolled across the crab grass turf as he was setting up his personal camera.
I was surprised he was alone except for a half dozen other guests that were nearby also setting up their cameras. I introduced myself and he responded with a polite greeting.
He asked if I was a guest in the VIP area. I chuckled a bit and said, no sir, I am not yet a VIP. He smiled, and said, yes, I know how you feel.
I had the same experience in the past. We talked about his earlier effort to gain the Presidency and I told him about my personal efforts in Brevard County. He thanked me saying at least he had won here in the Cape area.
I seriously pondered my next question concerning UFOs and finally asked him if he would discuss the subject with me? I was surprised he had no Secret Service Agents or NASA Public Affairs personnel hovering around him. I explained my position at KSC and my being the NICAP Unit-3 Director for Major Donald E. Keyhoe at KSC. He had met Keyhoe in DC years before.
He approved our discussion on the UFO subject and we began our exchange of information.
I began by saying it was obvious he had a deep abiding interest in UFOs and possible visits of alien races to earth. He said, “That is accepted fact in Washington and especially at the Pentagon, young man.” I had some understanding of his alleged statements regarding UFOs in the past and brought up the popular story of his effort to gain entry into a special storage area at Wright-Patterson AFB that purportedly had alien artifacts in it. He said, “Yes, that’s the main event concerning me and UFOs.”
I was under the impression that a U.S. Senator with a past as a Major General in the U.S. Army Air Corp and a member of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence for many years would carry some weight in my allowances to enter such an area of military secrecy. I was rudely awakened to reality very swiftly when I was denied passage. It had me angry enough to discuss it with a personal friend of mine in the military and inquired why my position in the U.S. Senate had no such allowance?
My friend, General Curtis LeMay, Chairman of the Military Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon VERY angrily told me that I had no need to know. He gave me a lot of HELL about my activities at Wright-Patterson.
He threatened to end our friendship for life! My God, Mac, that surprised the hell out of me.” LeMay added, “you stay clear of our mutual friend, “Butch”, too. ( meaning General William “Butch” Blanchard) his having been at Roswell (later Walker) Army Air base and the 509Th., will not gain you any favour for knowledge of that Roswell crash claim.”
Goldwater said, “Mac, Butch Blanchard was also a very valued friend of mine since WWII.” He was the person who announced that a disc had crashed near Roswell in 1947. This cussing out did awaken me to one fact, that the UFO situation is the highest level of national secrecy. Much higher than the H-Bomb was and more than anything else that is known within the Pentagon, FBI, CIA, DIA, NSA, etc. That is, nothing is higher security than aliens being here on this planet. Then I realized Curtis was correct. And I never again approached him on the subject. That seemed to prove to me that UFOs were a fact, and do exist. But, are they all aliens? I highly suspect a majority are!

Extraterrestrials on Ice
by Ed Komarek

In a previous paper I made reference to the fact that FOX-TV executives had got wind of this story and used the story as the basis for a X-files program titled Alien On Ice. One of our people with ORTK drove these executives around as part of her job in California and told them about this case hoping to get some funding for me.
I would like to fill the reader in on this case in detail in which I have invested several thousands of dollars over the years and two trips to British Columbia. I did this to find the five mummified bodies dressed in metallic suits found by Larry Requa around 1938 when he was a constable operating out of Stewart BC.
Before describing what was found let me give the reader some background on this case. In a prior paper I described how my father Ed Komarek Sr. organized a group of scientists and plantation owners to create the first fire conferences and later Tall Timbers Research Station. When my father was early in this process of organization he searched out others from around the world who were doing fire research, one who was Larry Requa. At the time in the 1960′s I believe Larry was the head of forest service in the Yukon Territories of Canada.
Around 1962 our family in one of our annual trips about the United States and Canada ended up at Whitehorse Canada where Dad could meet up with Larry Requa. I remember the first time I met Larry was when we had broken down and it took a couple of days to repair the camper. Larry took pity on my sister and I who were sitting around bored to death and had his helicopter pilot take us both up around the forest service base for a short helicopter ride. Later he told me he could have gotten in trouble for that but this just shows what a kind and considerate person Larry was.
Dad brought Larry down to Tallahassee to lecture at a fire conference and Larry became a friend of the family. Larry’s paper, “Lightning Behavior in the Yukon”, is in the proceedings of the Third Annual Tall Timbers Fire Ecology Conference and is available from Tall Timbers Research Inc. Later when Larry retired and was in his seventies he came back to visit with old friends like my mother and father. This was around the 1980′s give or take a few years. At this time I was well into UFO’s and my mother had a habit of telling others about her son’s strange interests.
Well, my mother and Larry were setting on the back steps of the house one evening looking up at the stars when she mentioned my interest in UFO’s. She was very surprised when Larry said; I had this experience years ago and I have told nobody about it, not even my wife at the time. He told his story to my mother and said he had transcribed his notes from the period onto a tape along with other stories and adventures he had in the far north. The next evening I got Jeff Anderson a good friend of mine to come over to hear what Larry had to say. Also there were my very sceptical uncle Roy who was fit to be tied because he really liked Larry and just did not know what to make of Larry’s story. Sonny Stoddard and my mother and father were also there.
I could tell that Larry was very emotional and shaky just talking about this experience for the first time. I could see that this experience had made a powerful impression and had helped shape the rest of his life. Larry said that when he was a young man and a constable for the RCMP, he would not say when and where, he went looking for a prospector who went missing. He was flown to a glacial lake, got out and followed the prospector’s trail around the lake.
Larry also crossed the stream that fed into the lake which was very cold and could find no sign of the prospector on the other side. He walked up the stream to a small mound and sat down to warm up. He looked across the stream to see a small cave that had been mortared up with stones and mud from the river. Larry then went back across the stream and knocked a small hole through the mortared stones and shined in the darkness with a flashlight.
Larry was also very surprised to see that the inside of the cave had been cut away to create a rectangular chamber about 12 by 12 feet with a stone bench cut into the back wall. On the bench in the back were five mummified bodies dressed in metallic cloth about three and a half feet long. He made the opening larger and went inside and felt the wall which had a smooth glassy surface like the rock had been melted away. In front of the five mummified bodies was a emblem and what appeared to be a flexible metal equivalent of a chain but was like a flexible round length of metal but without any visible links. It seemed the beings had died looking at the emblem on the small pile of rocks a kind of makeshift altar.
Larry went over and touched the metal fabric with his pencil on one of the bodies and found it to be very flexible. He was taking notes through the whole experience as was his duty and training. The bodies were short and humanoid with long slender finger bones and large extended craniums. One of the bodies had a red suit coverall and the others had blue suit coveralls. Overhead was a shaft in which he shined his flashlight but could see no end. He lit a match to see if their was a draft and there was not a draft. After he had investigated the bodies he went back and picked up the emblem which was square with the four primary colours evenly divided into smaller squares on it. It was light as a feather and when he was holding it he suddenly saw what he described as images forming on the wall.
The first scene was a craft coming down with the occupants being knocked around. The second images was the five beings next to a hole melted down into the glacier. One of the beings had a broken leg and was lying down and the other four were standing up with one holding a broken arm. He had noticed the broken leg and arm on the bodies before picking up the emblem. The next image was of the beings dying in the cave.
The final image was of him sealing up the cave and leaving everything as he found it. He placed the emblem back on the small pile of rocks and when outside and sealed the cave back up feeling that the place was sacred and should not ever be disturbed. Larry was part Indian. He said he made up two reports one without the event which he filed and one with the event which he kept only for himself.
In the 1990′s this story was still on my mind and I figured that Larry had now died and that I would see what I could do about finding where this story happened and when. Larry would not say, where, when, let alone tell where the location was. I told the story to Rob one of our ORTK people and we drew up a agreement to share whatever we found. Rob went to work and after many phone calls found that Larry’s wife was still alive who was in her nineties as well as were his two sons. She and Larry had long gone their separate ways but had remained married. They all figured Larry had died as he had broken off contact will them all years before.
Rob tracked Larry’s movements all over the north and back to Stewart, BC. Then he got the microfilm from the local newspaper and sent it to me and I found references to Larry in the paper. He had a pet fox at one time and another time he put some tramps to work clearing a lot while he was constable. It was Larry’s job to go out into this very rugged terrain to find missing prospectors and trappers when they failed to show up for provisions in the spring. In the paper their was also a description of the explosion which he said told us had happened about the time of his discovery. We were not able to find a missing prospector in the paper around the time of this explosion.
Rob and I drove up to Stewart thinking that we could hike in to find the site. Boy were we surprised as this was the most rugged terrain in North America, straight up and down. There was a ice field forty miles long with glaciers coming down on all sides. At the newspaper archives and little mining museum, Rob talked to a lady there, and the lady said that a friend of Larry’s had recently come by and to our surprise Larry was still alive and living about a thousand miles away. Rob and I tracked Larry down and he was ninety two, I think, and still in good health. He told the same story to Rob as I had heard years ago and showed Rob a copy of the medallion he had made in the States out of sliver by Indians. It was the same copy that he had shown my family perhaps twenty years before. On the back of the copy of the emblem was etched a arc with a line across through the arc and several cross hatches on the line. Larry said he felt that this had something to do with the ET’s physics and travel.
Needless to say Larry was very surprised that I had tracked him down after all these years but he still would not give us the location. We went home and Larry died a couple of years later from stomach cancer and he was found with the emblem in his pocket. I had a falling out with Rob when Rob broke our agreement and talked with some friends of his to go back looking for the bodies themselves. Later I decided to go back alone.
I had been in contact with Steven Greer’s CSETI and had done a small story on this case. It so happened that a helicopter pilot operating out of Stewart heard this story from CSETI and CSETI got me in contact with him. The Pilot was very kind and gave me about five thousand dollars of helicopter time for only a couple of thousand dollars. We went all over the eastern side of the mountain range that separates BC from Alaska. It’s a huge rugged area. Looking for the site is like looking for a needle in a hay stack. Lucky for me I have information that I have never given to anybody else that still gives me a shot at finding this site if I don’t get to old before going back. I have the area narrowed down to where I will have to prospect on foot.
From everything I have found out I believe that Larry did not find the bodies himself. I think he made the part about the prospector up, to cover for somebody else. There was a trapper that he knew well who was all over that country and even has a lake named after him. I just found out that the Trapper never married or had children who might have passed on a story. I think a prospector or trapper found the site and because Larry was constable, came to him and then both went back to check it out and decided never to divulge the location. I think both took the location to their graves.
Today the glaciers are receding in a big way and perhaps some pilot will notice something shiny at the base of a glacier, fly down and see a crumpled spaceship and tell the authorities, only to have the evidence spirited away like in so many other cases. All that will be left will be a story told by a pilot and no evidence of a spaceship ever crashing in this remote part of North America. I have no doubt this story is true. Larry was a honest man of high integrity who knew little about UFO’s until I gave him some of my books to read after he told us his story.

A tale of two Searches for Extraterrestrials
by Ed Komarek

For the serious UFO/ET investigator that wants to understand the past history of the UFO/ET cover-up there are two books that are must reads. One is Flying Saucers From Outer Space by Major Donald Keyhoe and the other is Flying Saucers Serious Business by the famous radio broadcaster and reporter Frank Edwards. It’s the book by Frank Edwards that arguably, should be most of interest to the serious SETI researcher because it recounts the early history of SETI and its creation and infiltration by UFO/ET propagandists such as Frank Drake and Carl Sagan. It will more than sow the seeds of doubt to any SETI honest scientist or enthusiast as to the true nature and purpose of SETI the so called, ‘Search For Extraterrestrial Intelligence’.
The truth is that there are two SETI, one public and overt, the other covert and classified, that goes right back to SETI’s beginning as Project Ozma. Edwards’s states, on page 82: “In the early winter of 1959 I reported over the Mutual Network that the giant radio telescope being built at Green Bank, West Virginia, by the National Science Foundation was to be used in search for intelligible signals from outer space. This was promptly denied, of course, for government agencies dislike having anyone beat them on their own news releases.
What happened at Green Bank? The Green Bank’s station’s work was officially known as Project Ozma … with a bow to the mythical Wizard of Oz. Its first Director was the noted astronomer Dr. Otto Struve, who described it to the newsmen as a “long-range program” which can mean many things, of course. At that time Struve’s assistant was Dr. Frank Drake, who later succeeded Struve at Green Bank. Let it be noted that at the inception of Green Bank Dr. Struve devoted considerable time to stressing the importance of the work to be done there, including what he referred to as the great benefits which would result from communicating with a more advanced civilization.
But in 1961, less than two years after it opened with such fanfare and such an expenditure, the public was told that Project Ozma was no more – kaput! – finished! To make the puzzle more puzzling, Dr. Otto Struve ran under his own goalposts. This time he indicated to newsmen that the project was of little value,”
On page 83, Mr. Edwards continues, “Once again, as was the case with the officially reported closing of Air Force UFO programs, this project was not closed at all. It was merely transferred quietly to a new location, in this case to Puerto Rico.” “The metallic bowl in the mountains of Puerto Rico near Arecibo, began operations in 1964. It was merely the transplanted version of Project Ozma, but this time its findings were classified and concealed from the public.”
Edwards goes on to discuss how in the waning days of Project Ozma at Green Bank signals were picked up from Tau Ceti that drew great mainstream media attention. Frank Drake disclosed this information to the press but when questioned later he said a new release will be forthcoming from the National Science Foundation but it did not happen. It was soon after this that Project Ozma was secretly transferred to Puerto Rico. From this we can see that not only was Project Ozma, the precursor to SETI, involved in classified work as well as public deception but so was the National Science Foundation.
Further on he gets into how Carl Sagan was publicly discussing the possibility of alien bases on the back side of the moon before he suddenly began to debunk UFOs when he replaced UFO/ET propagandist and well know Harvard astronomer Dr. Donald Menzel as the preferred mass media debunker of UFOs. Menzel’s name later appears on the famous MJ 12 documents when they are leaked into the public domain, LINK.
Menzel even had a UFO sighting of his own that he had to debunk. In Keyhoe’s book on page 14, there is a description of Menzel’s sighting. “At another point the astronomer admitted he was mystified by two discs he’d seen in New Mexico. “Both disks shone with a slightly bluish light.” he said.” Keyhoe even after detailing how wrong Menzel was about various sightings in his book nevertheless showed how wrong, he Keyhoe, could be by stating that the thought Menzel was sincere. The only reason I bring this up about Keyhoe being wrong is because it would seem that Keyhoe was willing to give the debunkers far more slack as far as their sincereity as he was willing to give the contactees at the time.
Edwards had this to say about Dr. Sagan; “In December of 1962 at the convention of the American Rocket Society in Los Angeles, the speaker was Dr. Carl Sagan, the advisor on Extra-terrestrial Life to the Armed Services. Dr. Sagan told his audience that mankind must be prepared to face the probability that we have already been visited by intelligent beings from elsewhere in the universe – and that they have – or have had – bases on the averted side of our moon.” Carl Sagan’s later propagandising activities were exposed in the McDaniel report by Dr. Stanley McDaniel in regards to the face on Mars: LINK.
It’s easy to go back and connect SETI and the “Committee” through key figures in both organizations. The “Committee” is just a privatization of the official debunking by the Air Force that was so prominent in the 1950s. The “Committee” at its roots is no more than what could be viewed to be a counterintelligence operation in my estimation, as is allegation against the Weekly World News, that creates these silly fabricated ET stories available at every supermarket checkout counter. The Weekly World News was allegedly founded by intelligence agents and between it, the “Committee” and SETI, the denial and ridicule of the UFO/ET subject continues to propagandize scientists and journalists, as well as general members of the public.
I have proposed for years that the public SETI program is nothing but a cover program for the real SETI program. SETI disinformation propagandists say; Look, look, ET is way out there on the other side of the galaxy, not right here in your backyard. Don’t believe your lying eyes, we have the credentials, don’t listen to those silly UFO buffs!
The sad thing is that a the official SETI was apparently created by experts in mass-deception.
No critical information about UFOs and Extraterrestrials is supposed to come out of the public SETI program under the direction of men and women with fancy credentials that pull the levers behind the curtain of secrecy.
I grew up in a family of scientists and I know that there is nothing an honest scientist hates more than a scientist that participates in deception of other scientists.
I wonder how long it is going to take for honest scientists to pull their collective heads out of the sand where they have been so firmly placed by SETI and other media propagandists over the years.

Former Extraterrestrial Exposure Law proves Extraterrestrials live among us
by Paul Chen

|
|
In the Exopolitics Journal, Dr. Michael E. Salla documents that, “In 1969, NASA passed a federal regulation dealing with ‘Extra-terrestrial Exposure’. The Extraterrestrial Exposure law, offers a legal precedent for the detention and indefinite imprisonment of any individual who comes into contact with extraterrestrials.”
The existence of such law at any time, is a basic acknowledgement that government interests are aware that Extraterrestrials have come into contact with the human population of Earth. The striking of such a law, also demonstrates an effort by the creators of such a law, to repress individuals who come in contact with Extraterrestrials, from being able to formally acknowledge an Extraterrestrial presence to other members of the diverse public.
Indeed, laws are not created for no reason. A law concerning human contract with Extraterrestrials would only be created because Extraterrestrials did exist, and also demonstrates that humans were having contact with ones that did not want to make themselves known, who operated in one form, or another.
The most relevant passages in that law concern the power of a NASA administrator or his/her designee to:
“Determine that a particular person, property, animal, or other form of life or matter, whatever is extra-terrestrially exposed and quarantine such person, property, animal, or other form of life… The quarantine may be based only on a determination, with or without the benefit of a hearing, that there is probable cause to believe that such person, property, animal or other form of life or matter whatever is extra-terrestrially exposed.” (Title 14 National Aeronautics and Space section 1211.102 A3).
“Most disturbing about this federal regulation was that such detention could not be appealed and due legal process, could be denied to citizens on the basis of “probable cause” that they have been extraterrestrially exposed,” documents Dr. Michael Salla in the Exopolitics Journal.
“While the Extraterrestrial Exposure law was ‘officially removed’ and placed on reserve status in 1991, it nevertheless creates a precedent that the legal counsel of any government agency or military department could cite for possible enforcement against individuals who have had extraterrestrial contact. NASA’s regulation, and similar laws or regulations in other countries, provide a powerful means of silencing individuals who come into contact with extraterrestrials, and who have merged into the general population,” adds Dr. Michael Salla.
“Essentially, anyone encountering such extraterrestrials could be subjected to indefinite detention without any legal protection. This would not only deter individuals from disclosing such interactions with extraterrestrials, but would also help deter extraterrestrials from disclosing their origins to ordinary citizens,” further documents Dr. Salla.
The Extraterrestrial Exposure law appears to have been designed to complement a context of UFO and Extraterrestrial dis-information against the development of a societal context of full disclosure of human contact with Extraterrestrials, consistent with a free and democratic society.
Laws and regulations passed in the United States and elsewhere can be used as legal means of coercing private citizens who discover the true identity of extraterrestrials living among us. Some individuals have indeed reported that Extraterrestrials looked just like Earthbound humans.
“Accepting evidence that extraterrestrials are closely monitored and that covert agencies are responsible for ensuring that such information does not get into the public domain, the conclusion is that private citizens are at great risk if they make contact and government agencies that wish to suppress this,” Dr. Salla further illuminates.
Private citizens can be denied their constitutional rights despite the imputation that such laws or regulations prohibiting unauthorized contact with extraterrestrials had been withdrawn and placed on reserve status.
Dr. Salla documents discreet testimonies of different contactees and whistleblowers which suggest that extraterrestrial visitors who are virtually indistinguishable from humans are living among us. These extraterrestrial visitors appear to have very attractive physical characteristics, extraterrestrial females being described as among the most beautiful women that male observers have witnessed. The documented extraterrestrials go to great trouble in learning the indigenous language of the culture they are immersed in, learning how to drive and navigate on highways systems, and taking innocuous jobs over several years.
Dr. Salla indicates that, extraterrestrials visitors are monitored and even taken into custody before being released which he says, suggests that a vast covert monitoring system is in place.
Some Extraterrestrials living among us appear to be operating in a manner similar to a celestial peace corps where they try to blend in. They presumably wish to learn about Earth culture and behaviour; and to, perhaps, assist in passing on information to selected individuals. The fact that these extraterrestrials are monitored rather than immediately taken into permanent custody suggests that decisions have been taken by responsible government agencies to tolerate such an extraterrestrials presence.

The Fourth Scientific-Industrial Revolution and the Exopolitical Revelation
by Come Carpentier de Gourdon
![]() |
|
Mankind’s journey, at least during the last few millennia of known history, has paralleled the human individual’s progress from infancy through various stages of childhood, youth and maturity. In particular, the last five centuries bear witness to three rather distinctive “jumps” from one evolutionary condition to another.
The sixteenth century brought the Middle Age to a close, in the western world at least, under the combined effect an intellectual movement (the Humanistic Renaissance and Reformation); a sea-faring, world-spanning drive manifesting in the expeditions to and conquests of the Americas; a series of scientific and technical inventions (the printing press, firearms, new theories for town planning and fortification, major headways in anatomy, hydraulics and mechanics, the growing if grudging acceptance of heliocentrism and so forth) which all shook the Church’s hold on the minds of the masses.
The eighteenth century is still known as the Era of Enlightenment, with its many cultural, religious and scientific corollaries that shaped the British, American and French revolutions and include atheistic or theistic scepticism, sense-based rationalism, a new awareness of universalism, systematic mapping of the earth (geodesics) and such well known industrial breakthroughs as the steam engine, coke-fuelled steel-making, the mechanical textile mill, the aerostat (hot air balloon), the first vaccines and many other inventions.
The third revolution of the “modern” age took place in the first half of the twentieth century when the new theories of physics (relativity and quanta)and biology (genetics of the DNA etc), together with the massive industrial energies harnessed by the two world wars combined to create the civilization we have seen expand globally during the last sixty years: the civilization of the atom, of supersonic flights and (local) space exploration, of information technology, genetic medicine and other applications too numerous to mention.
Revealingly, each of those major steps was heralded by a wave of anticipatory literature, and works of art, predicting future developments to emerge. The names of Leonardo, Francis Bacon, Jonathan Swift, Jules Verne and H.G. Wells are a few that may be quoted in the context of the three “jumps” in our transformation.
We have now entered the fourth revolution, one that is too recent for us to be able to gain an overall perspective of it. It is driven, as the previous ones were, by momentous scientific and technical advances or discoveries such as the Internet, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, microbiology, nanotechnology, genetic engineering and it is leading to the collapse of most global and national political and economic structures in a climate of planetary environmental, social and financial crisis. It is also taking place in the context of a review of our hitherto authoritative theories about the nature of the cosmos and of our place in it. Current Science fiction, in print, film and on the Net fills the prophetic role exercised by the cultural pioneers we mentioned above. Popular movies and series like “Star Wars”, “Starship Enterprise” and “The X-Files” contain more than a grain of present or future reality. They are like bridges built to afford us gradual passage into a new cosmic awareness as we begin to explore our galactic neighbourhood.
The sixteenth century Renaissance put the Sun in the centre of the Universe and relegated the Earth to the rank of a mere though exceptional satellite. The Enlightenment of the 1700s led many to realize that the solar system was one of many within the Milky Way galaxy and it revived many long-held beliefs that other planets might be inhabited, as Fontenelle and Voltaire among others pointed out. The twentieth century brought about the vision of a universe dotted with billions of galaxies in one of which our Sun is but an infinitesimal yellow star and in which space travel became a practical possibility. The current revolution is making us aware of the evidence that not only are there many intelligently inhabited planets around the trillions of suns that fill the billions of galaxies but there are probably many universes, aside from the one we can see. We are in a multiverse encompassing a very large if not infinite number of dimensions of which our senses can only register a few (three and a half, to be precise) though our minds can go beyond that limitation.
Here thus is the place of Exopolitics, a new discipline or methodology of knowledge intended to enable us to understand our true place in this multiverse throbbing with life, indeed probably made up of life. Those few pioneers who have taken up the challenge of giving it a shape and some protocols, LINK, are facing an immense task and may be forgiven for erring occasionally by taking into account perhaps insufficiently substantiated or so far unprovable accounts and observations. Going out on a limb, making mistakes or getting sidetracked are as inevitable as raising controversy for the trail-blazers. The facts that exopolitics grapples with are there for all honest observers or analysts to see.
Our planet Earth is being frequently or continuously watched, monitored and surveyed by some very advanced intelligent organizations for which our most modern aircraft, space vehicles and weapon systems are simply no match, and this has been the situation for at least sixty some years, probably for much longer. There is a legitimate question as to how much information and knowhow some of “our” scientific research bodies, connected certain major governments (the USA, Russia, Britain, Japan, France, Germany, Israel) have been able to gain from the study of the “foreign” craft and their stunning technical performances but there can be no doubt that such research and retro-engineering is going on and that the official will to keep it secret, away from the prying eyes of military rivals and from the indiscretion of the business world, accounts for the heavy shroud of denial and disinformation which still hangs like a funeral pall on the entire issue of UFOs.
The recent Washington D.C. National Press Club conferences, covered by the media worldwide and CNN Larry King shows as well as the global publicity given to James Fox’s excellent documentary “Out of the Blue”, seem to indicate that the pressure for public disclosure has become too great for the embargo on the exopolitical to survive much longer. Indeed the secrecy policy is leaking and is beginning to crumble, despite the remaining fear of many religious and political organizations that the dawn of the truth in this matter may spell the doom of their power. Many illustrious scientific bodies are also understandably concerned about the likely negative consequences on their status and prestige but the rise of a new age has always brought about the ruin of many institutions associated with the old establishment.
Some illustrious members of political and military establishments of great western powers, such as the late U.S. NSC Colonel Philip Corso and the former Canadian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Hon. Paul Hellyer, have lent their testimonies in support of the rising demand for full disclosure that was first powerfully voiced at the 2001 Press Conference, held at the national Press Club by Dr. Stephen Greer and featuring scores of credible high-level former participants and witnesses to the cover up (more than 400 to date) , gathered from various branches of the U.S. Government and major corporations.
The most revolutionary impact of this Apocalypsis (revelation) will certainly be felt in the all-important field of energy, directly related to the issue of global pollution and climate change, as is being more and openly acknowledged in mainstream media in connection with such household names as Dr. Lester Brown of the Worldwatch Institute.
Exopolitical circles are keenly aware that the so-called UFO technology holds the key to untapping the boundless gravito-magnetic energy that lies in the apparent subquantic vacuum. That is the crown jewel hidden or at least sought by the “black USAPs” (unacknowledged special access programs). Its release into the civilian economy would produce a quantic leap in planetary organization and transform every industry and aspect of our lives, but many more technological breakthroughs will come along with this. The scientific discoveries we have witnessed in the last three or four decades in all areas of human endeavour are only a foretaste of what is to come. The result will be the emergence of a “new world…if you can take it”, quoting Philip Corso who in turn claimed to have heard it telepathically from an “alien” visitor.
Should we dismiss all this as fantasy? Not if we mind Lao Tzu’s words when he says in the Tao Teh Ch’ing: “When the inferior man hears of the Way, he laughs loudly. If he didn’t, it would not be Way”.

Saucers Capture Jet?

Timothy Good’s new book is out called, Need To Know, UFOs The Military and Intelligence. LINK
I have not read the book yet but have it on my to do list along with Bob Collins book, Exempt From Disclosure, which is also up at the above site. Tim Good in his new book describes some of the hundreds of disappearances of both military and civilian aircraft. LINK In a previous article I copied on to the Internet a report of what appears to be the shoot-down of an alien craft by the U.S. military. For the sake of balance and fairness I typed into the Internet one of these disappearance cases from my files that happened on July 9, 1968. The disappearance takes place in Tennessee. I could not find the case with a Internet search. For those interested here is another case from the 1950′s on the Internet. LINK
This article appears to have come from The Mercury Newspaper in Leicester, England and the copy I have is credited to T. Good. My copy has the date March 5, 1992 on it. I am unsure if that is the date the article came out or from whoever make the copy. The article follows:
After supper on a warm Thursday in July, Gene Ruegg finally did what he had wanted to do all day. He went into the back bedroom of his apartment in a suburb of Memphis, ‘Tennessee, and firmly shut the door behind him.
His wife shrugged at the sound of the closing door and busied herself with washing up. Her husband’s consuming interest in radio-telegraphy had long been a matter of indifference to Nancy Ruegg, as it was to most people in the small apartment block.
Occasionally there were requests that “Gene should turn down that awful noise” but usually he would pursue his hobby – which he did most evenings and weekends. He spoke to other radio hams as far away as Chicago and Florida on the sophisticated equipment that had cost him over 5,000 dollars to buy and assemble.
But much of the time Gene Ruegg did something that he knew was technically against the law. He eavesdropped on radio transmissions from the nearby top-secret air force base at Southlands, Tennessee, and the squadrons of Phantom jet fighters which operated from the airfield.
For over two years Ruegg had listened in on routine transmissions between pilots and ground control, fascinated by a world which, as a maintenance manager of a haulage firm, he was never likely to share.
But all that changed on the evening of July 9, 1968 when Gene Ruegg became central to a mystery which still baffles both scientists and psychic investigators.
For that was the evening when he heard the capture of a jet plane by a flying saucer…. and made a tape-recording to prove it! Today, the tape is in the possession of the U.S. Air Defense Command. Gene Ruegg’s repeated requests for its return are courteously refused. He doubts if he will ever see it again.
Flying saucer research groups who have studied the incident are convinced that Ruegg’s story is true. And after continual pressure from researchers, an Air Force spokesman admitted that a Phantom jet did go missing from the Southlands base in July 1968 in circumstances which remain a mystery.
Today, Gene Ruegg has only a copy of the tape and a typed transcript as proof of the 15 minutes when he listened incredulously to what seemed to be a real-life drama more incredible than anything in space fiction.
When I interviewed Gene Ruegg in Cleveland, Ohio, we he had been addressing an extra-terrestrial study conference, he gave a vivid account of the events of that July evening. “I had a call to make to an operator in Montgomery, Alabama, but I was a bit early, so I tuned into the Southlands base.
At first it was just routine transmissions between the tower and aircraft on training flights and I was just about to switch over and call up Montgomery when I realized something pretty dramatic was happening. An aircraft coded Delta four-zero had disappeared.”
For five minutes Ruegg listened fascinated as the operator called vainly to the aircraft with reply. Then, through the crackling static came a voice, “I am being attacked by unidentified objects. I think I …” The transmission went dead.
Ruegg realized he was listening into something highly significant. Feverishly, he connected a tape recorder to his receiver. Seconds after he had finished, the set once again crackled into life.
He told me: “It was the voice of the pilot. This time he was near-hysterical and shouting. “They’re closing in on me. I am unable to steer a course. Something is happening to the plane… I am being taken along by this thing. I require assistance. I require assistance…”
“Then the voice of the controller came in and told him to pull himself together. Seconds later, he said that they had got him on the radar scanner and that they could see objects clustered about the plane.
“Someone else came on the radio then and told the pilot that other Phantoms in the area had been alerted and would stand by.
“Then I heard a strange, searing noise like scraping metal and the pilot shouted something I couldn’t make out. Control tried repeatedly to re-establish contact, but they couldn’t.”
The tape on which Ruegg had recorded the drama was scrutinized by experts of the American Society for Unidentified Object Research, who claimed that it had not been tampered with and appeared to be 100 percent genuine.
The Society contacted the Air Force authorities on Ruegg’s behalf and asked for details of the incident. But for the next six years the authorities denied there had been any mishap that day. Finally it was admitted: An aircraft had gone missing.
Over the years Ruegg has had visits from security men. He has been told to say nothing further about the incident and to hand over the the copy-tape and transcript, but he has refused.
“I am convinced that what I heard was a genuine encounter with a flying saucer,” he told me. “I believe the plane was destroyed or captured by some alien spaceship.”

Researcher claims Apollo footage faked to hide UFOs and evidence of Extraterrestrials
by Dave Cosnette [Excerpted]
I believe that the Apollo footage that has been released by NASA seems to be a hoax. I have uncovered various pictures and transcripts of astronaut conversations from the Apollo missions that relate to encounters with UFOs, and perhaps this is one reason why NASA would release fake footage to the general public.
Excerpts of conversations from Apollo Astronauts on the Moon to Mission Control show that the Astronauts came across some strange and hard-to-explain structures and unusual sightings of unidentified craft whilst on the surface of the Moon. LINK.
Why is it that relatively few people have been allowed total access to the massive NASA archives (photographs which are supposedly in the public domain). Instead we have to make do with the two or three dozen ‘reproductions’ that appear in the ‘official’ textbooks, despite literally millions of photographic images obtained by NASA. Something is seriously amiss. Also the original photographs are huge (32″ x 24″) so by the time they have been reduced to fit the pages of a regular book the clarity and quality reduced by the copying process make most of the images pretty meaningless. In many cases, researchers are left with little more than ‘smudges’ and ‘blurs’.
Even so, despite all these obstacles, there is still hard evidence when these photographs are scrutinized under the proverbial – and literal – microscope, that points to the fact that virtually everything NASA has told us about the moon is a lie.
The real NASA Moon photos, for example show all kinds of structures, seemingly both old and new, such as domes, pipelines, and even pyramids. So why aren’t these photos in the public domain? You can see in several of NASA’s film footage, the American flag ‘flapping in the wind’ and yet the Moon according to NASA has no atmosphere, because it is a vacuum! One film clearly shows a desperate astronaut trying his level best to hold the flag still!
We are also told that the famous Neil Armstrong ‘footprints’ will remain etched on the Moon’s surface forever. We are told this precisely because the Moon’s ‘atmosphere’ is a vacuum. The laws of physics demand that dust becomes hardened and will compress in a ‘vacuum’ therefore ensuring the ‘footprints’ remain undisturbed. And yet great plumes of dust can be seen spewing forth from underneath the ‘Moon Buggy’ as it travels across the lunar surface. Is this ‘vacuum theory’ some kind of wild hoax by NASA?
Another NASA cover-up are the small cloud formations that have been photographed above the Moon, again in a vacuum?. And while were on the subject of clouds what about the ONE HUNDRED MILE WIDE CLOUD OF VAPOUR that was detected by NASA’s own instruments. This embarrassing ‘anomaly’ was promptly dismissed by NASA scientists as being the result of the considerable volume of urine ejected by the Apollo Mission astronauts! What were they drinking?!
For decades strange ‘lights’ and artificial seeming structures have been observed and recorded on the Moon by amateur astronomers. Science writer Joseph Goodavage observed that over two hundred white ‘dome shaped’ structures had been seen and catalogued, only for them often to vanish and reappear somewhere else?. There are even colour photos from the Apollo 8 missions that clearly show evidence of green vegetation on the lunar hills.
These unusual findings, when added together with the anomalies which Richard Hoagland has shown to exist on Apollo Moon photographs, provide compelling evidence for an ongoing NASA cover-up of what the Apollo Astronauts really discovered on the Moon from 1969 to 1972. LINK.

Secrecy about UFOs and Extraterrestrials shows the true colours of an aspiring U.S. Global Empire

The UFO problem is a real one. It has involved military personnel around the world for more than fifty years, and is wrapped in secrecy. Over the years, however, enough pieces of the puzzle have emerged to give us a sense of what the picture looks like. What I have tried to do is very simple: to use as many of those pieces as possible in constructing a clear, straightforward, historical narrative of the UFO problem, focusing on the national security dimensions.
Because the subject of UFOs has become little more than a cultural joke, it is important to stress at the outset why it is not a joke, not entertainment, but something worthy of serious attention.
Although stories of strange objects in the sky go far back in time, the problem received little attention until World War II. At that time, military personnel from Allied and Axis countries reported unconventional objects in the sky, eventually known as foo fighters. In retrospect, this development is not so surprising. First, human aviation had become widespread for the first time. Above the clouds, thousands of pilots suddenly had the kind of visibility that no one ever had before. A second reason was the invention of radar, which extended the range of human vision by electronic means. Moreover, it seemed reasonable to assume that the odd sightings were related to the war itself, perhaps experimental technology.
One might have expected such sightings to vanish after the war’s end in 1945. Instead, they increased. In Europe in 1946, then America in 1947, people saw and reported objects that could not be explained in any conventional sense. Wherever sightings occurred, military authorities dominated the investigations, and for perfectly understandable reasons. Unknown objects, frequently tracked on radar and observed visually, were flying within one’s national borders and, in the case of the United States, over sensitive military installations. The war was over. What was going on here?
Initially, some Americans feared that the Soviet Union might be behind the “flying saucer” wave. This possibility was studied, then rejected. At a time when the world’s fastest aircraft approached the speed of 600 mph, some of these objects exceeded – or appeared to exceed – 1,000 mph. What’s more, they manoeuvred like no aircraft could, including right angle turns, stopping on a dime, and accelerating instantly. Could the Soviets really have built something like that? If so, why fly them over all over America and Western Europe? To experts, the idea seemed farfetched at best, and fifty years later, their conclusion stands.
If not Soviet, could the objects have been American? The possibility was studied and rejected for the same reasons. The speed of sound was not broken until October of 1947: was it really credible that, prior to this, the Americans had secretly discovered a hypersonic anti-gravity technology?
During the UFO wave of 1947, all indications are that there were multiple, simultaneous investigations within the American military and intelligence community of these flying saucers. Although the Air Force was officially charged with investigating them, it was never the only game in town. Every service reported and investigated sightings. The FBI investigated UFOs for a while, and by 1948 at the latest, the CIA initiated an ongoing interest.
By the end of 1947, a contingent of analysts at the Air Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base believed that UFOs were extraterrestrial. ATIC was the Air Force’s chief center for evaluating new technology, and as such was a key player in the early investigation of UFOs. By the summer of 1948, this team prepared an “Estimate of the Situation” that landed on the desk of Air Force Commander Hoyt Vandenberg, stating the extraterrestrial thesis. As the story goes, Vandenberg rejected it, either for lack of proof, or because it did not state his desired conclusion. Either way, he made it clear that the Air Force would not accept speculation about extraterrestrials as a solution to UFOs.
Of course, people continued to see these things and wonder what they were. In the summer of 1952, for instance, UFO sightings were so frequent and often of such high quality, it actually appeared to some in the Air Force that an invasion might be under way. Could it really be aliens?
With some help from the secret CIA-sponsored Robertson Panel of January 1953, the Air Force greatly improved censorship over the problem. Still, it never quite went away. Civilian organizations emerged to collect and analyze interesting UFO reports. Complicating matters was the fact that the Air Force had backed itself into a corner. Despite its public contempt for UFOs, it had committed itself to monitoring them as a possible national security threat. Those who criticized the Air Force’s statements about UFOs – and there were many such people – frequently asked, if saucers posed no threat to national security, and existed only in the imagination, why did the Air Force create Project Blue Book to study the reports?
Then came the great UFO wave of 1965 and 1966. The density and quality of sightings made it clear that the Air Force could no longer hide behind weather balloons, swamp gas, or ball lightning. At the same time, it became equally impossible to withstand public scrutiny of the problem. The Air Force therefore funded a scientific study of UFOs by the University of Colorado, known more generally as the Condon Committee, to “settle” the matter once and for all. After two years of suspense, the committee concluded that UFOs were not worthy of scientific study, essentially nonsense. Critics responded that the study itself was worthless, with conclusions that did not match its own data. Moreover, the committee had bad blood among its own members, which resulted in the removal of the “pro-UFO” contingent mid-way through the project. It strongly appeared that the project’s leadership was set on a negative conclusion from the beginning. Rumours spread about control over the committee, either by the Air Force or CIA.
As messy as the Condon Committee was, its report gave the Air Force precisely what it needed: justification to close Blue Book. In December, 1969, the Air Force announced it no longer investigated UFOs. The major civilian investigative organizations also declined rapidly, and people who saw UFOs now had scarcely anywhere to turn.
Let us pause here to assess the situation. What we can see is that, at some point during the mid-1940s, the intelligence apparatus of the United States, as well as of several other nations, had reason to believe that there were artefacts in the skies that did not originate from America, Russia, Germany, or any other country. Within the U.S., these objects violated some highly sensitive military air space, and did not appear to be natural phenomena. One may presume that the affected national security authorities made it an immediate obsession to determine the nature and purpose of these objects, and we may infer that the issue probably became a deep secret by 1946, or 1947 at the latest.
Some will dismiss this all as “conspiracy theory,” one of many dotting the American landscape. In popular culture, the very term serves as an automatic dismissal, as though no one ever acts in secret. Let us bring some perspective and common sense to this issue. The United States is comprised of large organizations – corporations, bureaucracies, “interest groups” and the like – which are conspiratorial by nature. That is, they are hierarchical, their important decisions are made in secret by a few key decision-makers, and they are not above lying about their activities. Such is the nature of organizational behaviour. “Conspiracy,” in this key sense, is a way of life around the globe.
Within the world’s military and intelligence apparatuses, this tendency is magnified to the greatest extreme. During the 1940s, while the military and its scientists developed the world’s most awesome weapons in complete secrecy, the UFO problem descended, as it were, into their lap. Would they be interested in unknown objects snooping around their restricted air space? Would they want to restrict the information they acquired? There is no definite answer, but the known facts indicate this was so.
If we assume, then, that there is a UFO conspiracy, we may ask where it is. Is there a central control group, for example, managing the problem? Perhaps yes, perhaps no. It is possible, even plausible, that no one holding public office today knows what is going on. It may be that a UFO control group existed at one time within the U.S. Department of Defense or the CIA, but there is no absolute reason why such a situation must exist today. Not only is secrecy within those circles axiomatic, but information is so highly compartmentalized that it is easy to imagine how various strands of UFO information could fall into dozens of semi-isolated domains.
Within the military, secrecy remains the rule regarding UFOs. Closing down Project Blue Book did not end UFO reports or investigations. Indeed, the Air Force neglected to mention in its 1969 announcement that Blue Book had never been the main body investigating UFOs; after 1952, its existence was purely a public relations endeavour. Investigations of UFOs continued, and military facilities dealing with super-sensitive information (such as the fabled Area 51 in Groom Dry Lake, Nevada) continued to be the source of UFO-related rumours. But a member of the military would be foolish in the extreme to be caught discussing any of this with the public. In the words of 133rd Airborne Wing officer James Goodell:
“When you go to work on those locations, you sign away your constitutional rights. You sign a piece of paper saying that if you violate your security agreement, and you discuss programs that you were working on, without a trial, without the right of appeal, you’re going to go to the Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary for twenty years. That’s a real big incentive to keep your mouth shut.”
This refers to the “Oath Upon Inadvertent Exposure to Classified Security Data or Information.” Taken by all personnel exposed to classified information of any kind, it is binding for life, under all circumstances. [1]
The military has taken the UFO issue deep under cover. For the last thirty years, requests to the Air Force or other government bodies about UFOs have elicited the same response:
“From 1947 to 1969, the Air Force investigated Unidentified Flying Objects under Project Blue Book. The project, headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, was terminated Dec. 17, 1969. Of a total of 12,618 sightings reported to Project Blue Book, 701 remained “unidentified.”
“The decision to discontinue UFO investigations was based on an evaluation of a report prepared by the University of Colorado entitled, “Scientific Study of Unidentified Flying Objects;” a review of the University of Colorado’s report by the National Academy of Sciences; previous UFO studies and Air Force experience investigating UFO reports during the 1940s, ’50s and ’60s.
“As a result of these investigations, studies and experience gained from investigating UFO reports since 1948, the conclusions of Project Blue Book were: (1) no UFO reported, investigated and evaluated by the Air Force was ever an indication of threat to our national security; (2) there was no evidence submitted to or discovered by the Air Force that sightings categorized as “unidentified” represented technological developments or principles beyond the range of modern scientific knowledge; and (3) there was no evidence indicating that sightings categorized as “unidentified” were extraterrestrial vehicles.
“With the termination of Project Blue Book, the Air Force regulation establishing and controlling the program for investigating and analyzing UFOs was rescinded….
“Since the termination of Project Blue Book, nothing has occurred that would support a resumption of UFO investigations by the Air Force. Given the current environment of steadily decreasing defence budgets, it is unlikely the Air Force would become involved in such a costly project in the foreseeable future.” [2]
“We think we’re Luke Skywalker,” says a friend of mine, “when we’re actually Darth Vader.” America is a country with a bad conscience, nominally a republic and free society, but in reality an empire and oligarchy, vaguely aware of its own oppression, within and without. I have used the term national security state” to describe its structures of power. It is a convenient way to express the military and intelligence communities, as well as the worlds that feed upon them, such as defence contractors and other underground, nebulous entities. Its fundamental traits are secrecy, wealth, independence, power, and duplicity.
The UFO cover-up (precisely the right phrase) is one secret among many within the American national security state. Like other areas within its domain, the UFO problem has been handled secretly, with great deception, and significant resources. The secrecy stems from a pervasive and fundamental element of life in our world: that those who are at the top of the heap will always take whatever steps necessary to maintain the status quo.
1. Secrecy. Nearly everything of significance undertaken by America’s military and intelligence community in the past half-century has occurred in secrecy. The undertaking to build an atomic weapon, better known as the Manhattan Project, remains the great model for all subsequent activities. For four years not a single member of Congress even knew about it, although its final cost exceeded the then-incredible total of $2 billion. During and after the Second World War, other important projects, such as the development of biological weapons, the importation of Nazi scientists, terminal mind control experiments, nationwide interception of mail and cable transmissions of an unwitting populace, infiltration of the media and universities, secret coups, secret wars, and assassinations all took place far removed not only from the American public, but most members of Congress and a few Presidents. Indeed, several of the most powerful intelligence agencies were themselves established in secrecy, unknown by the public or Congress for many years.
2. Wealth. Since the 1940s, the U.S. Defense and Intelligence establishment has had more money at its disposal than most nations. In addition to official dollars, much of the money is undocumented. From its beginning, the CIA was engaged in a variety of off-the-record “business” activities that generated large sums of cash. The connections of the CIA with global organized crime (and thus de facto with the international narcotics trade) has been well-established and documented for many years. [6] In addition, the CIA maintained its own private airline fleet which generated a tidy sum of unvouchered funds primarily out of Asia. Finally, much of the original money to run the American intelligence community came from very wealthy and established American families, who have long maintained an interest in funding national security operations important to their interests.
3. Independence. In theory, civilian oversight exists over the U.S. national security establishment. The President is the military Commander-in-Chief. Congress has official oversight over the CIA. The FBI must answer to the Justice Department. In practice, little of this fond theory applied during the period under review. One reason has to do with the secrecy: the compartmentalization of information within military and intelligence circles. “Top Secret” clearance does not clear one for all Top Secret information. Sensitive information is available on a need to know basis. Two CIA officers in adjoining rooms at the Langley Headquarters can be involved in completely different top secret activities, each completely ignorant of the other’s doings. Such compartmentalization not only increases secrecy, but independence from the wrong (e.g. official) kinds of oversight.
Great latitude of activity is not merely the prerogative of the CIA. During the 1950s, President and five-star general Dwight Eisenhower effectively lost control of the U.S. nuclear arsenal. The situation deteriorated so much that during his final two years in office, Eisenhower asked repeatedly to get an audience with the head Strategic Air Command to learn what America’s nuclear retaliatory plan was. What he finally learned in 1960, his final year in office, horrified him. If a revered military hero such as Eisenhower could not control America’s nuclear arsenal, nor get a straight answer from the Pentagon, how on earth could Presidents Truman, Kennedy, Johnson, or Nixon regarding comparable matters?
4. Power. Secrecy, wealth, and independence add up to power. Through the years, the national security state has gained access to the world’s most sophisticated technology, sealed off millions of acres of land from public access or scrutiny, acquired unlimited snooping ability within U.S. borders and beyond, conducted overt or clandestine actions against other nations, and prosecuted wars without serious media scrutiny. Domestically, it maintains influence over elected officials and communities hoping for some of the billions of defence dollars.
5. Duplicity. Deception is a key element of warfare, and when winning is all that matters, the conventional morality held by ordinary people becomes an impediment. The examples of public deception by national security elements are too many to summarize here, but are provided in the ensuing chapters.

U.K. author reveals reasons for UFO and Extraterrestrial cover-up
by Andy Lloyd [Exceprted]
The thesis of Timothy Good’s book entitled Unearthly Disclosure is that the American Government has shrouded the UFO subject in secrecy to protect its ‘privileged contact’ with alien races based here on Earth. Good cites many statements from reputable eye-witnesses that corroborate his claims that alien bases exist on Earth, some of which are deep below the sea.

I would like to detail the case of a personal local contact that I had years ago. The contact was Sam Standland who was the biological father of a contactee friend of mine. Extraterrestrial (ET) contact runs in the family. My contactee friend put me in touch with Sam years ago and had me go interview him at his trailer where he lived east of Cairo Georgia about 30 miles. He had contacted the Pentagon to see if it was okay to talk but they did not get back with him right away so I went over to interview him along with my contactee friend.
It would seem that Sam had fallen through the cracks because his military records had been burnt up in a fire in the 1970′s. After he talked with me, the Pentagon got back with him and when they found out that he had talked to me they read him the riot act and even threatened a friend of his that I had not had contact with. His trailer was burglarized and all his papers taken and were later replaced with new different ones. He and his friend went out and got drunk together after all this went down. Still he secretly told more of his story to his biological daughter over a period of several years.
I seem to have lost my report on this case but what I remember from the interview was that he had been in the Air Force and flew in the western United States with a group of pilots around 60 I seem to remember, that took gun camera photos of UFOs. This was in the 1950′s and I think he said the Air Force had 9 saucers in 1959. He was transferred to the Pentagon where he held a top secret clearance. While he worked at the Pentagon he had access to files where he saw photos of both dead and live aliens. One was where several different types of live ET’s were lined up against a underground tunnel wall. The pictures were taken by Jimmy Doolittle.
I also remember him telling me about seeing pictures of a crashed saucer inside a hanger. The core of the saucer was on a flatbed truck and the saucer itself lay on the floor with a big hole in its side with pipes and things hanging out. He said the craft had hit the ground very hard and the core of the craft punched through the wall of the craft making the hole. He said the core was heavy but the craft itself was light and could easily be picked up by two men.
I had not heard from my contactee friend for quite awhile and yesterday I thought I ought to write up this case for my blog as I have been building up some cases so that others can see a little of the evidence upon which I base my thinking. Today I got a call from this friend and ended up talking with this friend for a couple of hours this evening.
My friend said that Sam also told her about viewing a black and white movie of the meeting between President Eisenhower and human ET’s which I assume was the alleged 1954 meeting. My friend says that it showed the three craft coming down over the runway doing some flight demonstrations and one craft landed and human ET’s came out. They said that they were willing to cooperate and give mankind technology to cure disease and cheap non polluting energy technology if they would make concessions in regards to warfare and other things but Eisenhower said the government was not ready for that and that cheap energy technology would severely disrupt the economy.
The ET’s were lead into a hanger where the men pulled guns on them and said they would be forced to give out the information. The ET’s walked out through the wall of the hanger and went back to their ship and did some more demonstrations like disappearing and reappearing and then left. This apparently contributed to Eisenhower’s heart attack Sam told his daughter.
It is not clear between my friend and I if Sam was involved in briefing other folks like airmen or was briefed for some other reason. My friend also says that Sam told her that he was in North Africa and he watched as two jets tried to shoot down a craft and the jets were disintegrated. He saw this with his own eyes. My friend also said that Sam told her about the military gathering up transceivers scattered about the country by the ET’s that when dropped on the ground would bury into the ground so as to be hard to see.
This story seems consistent with other folks testimony from the 1950′s. I thought Sam told me he retired because of a disability in the late 1950′s but my friend thinks that he just might have been moved to the Pentagon for work in the 1960′s. Sam died a number of years ago so I can publish his name. I remember writing up a report on this at the time but have not been able to find it. There was much more detail but my memory of the interview has faded. I did not want to make this case public because of trouble to Sam and the family.
I do remember that this was the first time I had heard of the name of Jimmy Doolittle associated with Extraterrestrials. I even talked to John Lear about this over the phone and he confirmed that Jimmy Doolittle was involved. He said that when he first got involved with UFOs his mother was concerned and called the family friend, Jimmy Doolittle about UFOs and he said yes they are real but I can’t talk about it. This is a rather small detail but its new information like this that really strengthens a story in my mind. I also had never heard of a crash where the heavy core punched a hole through the outside of the saucer either. He also said that there were crashes before 1947, another thing that I had not heard at the time. I seem to remember the date of a pre 1947 crash as 1942. I think Sam’s story should be taken seriously. There is nothing like personally meeting and talking to people and hearing their stories directly, especially those who do not want to go public because of the repercussions.
About the writer:
Ed Komarek Jr. was born into a family of early ecologists and learned ecology and the natural sciences as a apprentice. He holds no formal degrees as did neither Herb Stoddard or his father Ed Komarek Sr. (Ed Komarek Sr. did later in life did get a honorary doctorate for his lifetime of work from Florida State University).
Herb Stoddard and close friend Aldo Leopold are recognized as the fathers of Ecology. Herb Stoddard was Ed’s father’s mentor, who later became know internationally as the father of Fire Ecology and who waged a lifetime info-war against ‘Smokey The Bear’ anti-fire propagandists. Herb was like a grandfather to young Ed.
In his early twenties Ed Komarek Jr. dropped out of college where he was majoring in wildlife management to strike out on his own into what was later to be called Exopolitics, long before the name Exopoltics was coined by Alfred Webre, JD.
Never in his wildest dreams did young Ed expect that latter in life that the fields of ecology and exopolitics would converge into even another field of advanced study becoming known as astro-ecology.
Ed Komarek first became interested in UFO/ET over thirty years ago. He co-founded Operation Right To Know with Mike Jamieson in the early 1990′s to call for political solutions to the UFO cover-up that was subverting scientific investigations of UFO/ET.
Recently Ed finds himself on the leading edge of expolitics and astro-ecology and immersed in what he now sees as a long standing info-war against elite autocrats and their propagandists that are responsible for obstructing the public right to know in regards to the cosmic neighbourhood.
Ed has a exopoltics blog at the following site. LINK
