8.8-magnitude earthquake hits central Chile

SANTIAGO, Chile – A massive 8.8-magnitude earthquake capable of tremendous damage struck central Chile early Saturday, shaking the capital for a minute and a half and setting off a tsunami.
Buildings collapsed and phone lines and electricity were down, making the extent of the damage difficult to determine. At least 6 people were killed, President Michele Bachelet said.
“We have had a huge earthquake,” Bachelet said, speaking from an emergency response center in an appeal for Chileans to remain calm. “We’re doing everything we can with all the forces we have. Any information we will share immediately.”
Bachelet said early reports were that six people had been killed, and “without a doubt, with an earthquake of this magnitude, there will be more deaths.”
She urged people to avoid traveling in the dark, since traffic lights are down, to avoid causing more fatalities.
The quake hit at 3:34 a.m. (0634 GMT; 1:34 a.m. EST) and was centered 200 miles (325 kilometers) southwest of the capital, Santiago, at a depth of 22 miles (35 kilometers) the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
The epicenter was just 70 miles (115 kilometers) from Concepcion, Chile’s second-largest city, where more than 200,000 people live along the Bio Bio river, and 60 miles from the ski town of Chillan, a gateway to Andean ski resorts that was destroyed in a 1939 earthquake.
An Associated Press Television News cameraman said some buildings have collapsed in Santiago, where power was out in parts of the city. An important church was among the buildings that came down in the central city of Providencia, where window glass shattered into the streets and people ran from multistory buildings, according to TV Chile.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center issued a warning for Chile and Peru, and a less-urgent tsunami watch for Ecuador, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica and Antarctica. It said a tsunami could also hit Hawaii later in the day.
“Sea level readings indicate a tsunami was generated. It may have been destructive along coasts near the earthquake epicenter and could also be a threat to more distant coasts,” the center said.
The U.S. west coast tsunami warning center said it did not expect a tsunami along the west of the U.S. or Canada but was continuing to monitor the situation.
The largest earthquake ever recorded struck the same area of Chile on May 22, 1960. The magnitude-9.5 quake killed 1,655 people and left 2 million homeless. The tsunami that it caused killed people in Hawaii, Japan and the Philippines and caused damage to the West Coast of the United States.

Understanding Earth’s problems requires appreciating forces from outer space
The Global Crisis, the quest for Empire and Extraterrestrials

Abstract:
In the course of the last decades a growing body of evidence, compiled by a number of researchers, suggests that a very large and critically sensitive covert endeavour to understand, “reverse engineer” and harness technologies and processes possessed by extraterrestrial or alter-dimensional beings has been undertaken under the auspices of elite-driven interests.
Come Carpentier reviews some of the facts that point to this largely hidden reality on the basis of some recent books, including Michael Salla’s latest work: “The Challenge of Exopolitics”.
The Thesis
In recent years a few books have presented various facets of a hitherto largely ignored reality that seems to intrude into every aspect of our lives. I refer to the increasing likelihood that the forces at play beneath the spiritual, ecological, social, political and economic crisis that befalls us are hidden from view and remain inscrutable from a conventional rational perspective. If this exordium is mystifying, the best way to clarify what I am pointing at is to mention the titles of the books that I will use as beacons in this exposition. One is Dr. Michael Salla’s Exposing Government Policies on ET Life – The Challenge of Exopolitics (2009), another is Richard M Dolan’s UFOs and the National Security State – An Unclassified History (Vol. I- 2002), another yet is Prof. Peter Dale Scott’s Drugs, Oil and War (2003) about “Deep Politics.” I also have in mind John Perkins’s Confessions of an Economic Hitman (2004) and Timothy Good’s Need to Know: UFOs, the Military and Intelligence, Jim Marrs’ The Alien Agenda (1997) as well as Dr. Steven Greer’s Hidden Truth, Forbidden Knowledge (2006), Dan Sherman’s Above Black – Project Preserve Destiny (1997) and Paola L. Harris’s various works, including the latest entitled Exopolitics: All of the Above (2009).
A special mention must be made of the cryptic and prophetic writing entitled Behold a Pale Horse, authored in 1991 by the late Milton William Cooper, a former Naval Intelligence Officer at the US Pacific Fleet Command, a seminal work.
In a nutshell, the theme or at least the proposition that underlies those books and connects them is that there is a secret world (or quasi-global) government which is by definition neither democratically elected nor publicly accountable, and which may have been able to connect with or tap into forces that are at least partly non-human and possibly originate outside our planet.
Though not all the cited books make the latter allegation, which some authors such as John Perkins or Peter Dale Scott may not agree with, they all bring various pieces to the puzzle we are trying to construct – or unravel, and all demonstrate and conclude that the global socio-political and “scientific” reality is not what most people are taught and subsequently believe it is.
What are, in brief, the elements of proof or the indications which lead us toward that stunning and yet not unprecedented conclusion?
1. Many authors, even among those of relatively conservative persuasion, have shown or acknowledged what Nafeez M. Ahmed calls “the increasing criminalization of the state” at the global level, but particularly applying to the most powerful or leading states, beginning with the “sole superpower” and its closest allies: the UK, Israel and other NATO members.
Ahmed asks in the same article entitled “Torture, Rendition, Terror and Oil: a Primer on Deep Politics”: “In the service of what powerful vested interests are states acting in this increasingly criminal manner?” and provides in response the definition coined by Peter D. Scott for “deep politics”: “(a system) in which institutional, non-institutional and para-political bodies, criminal syndicates, politicians, judges, media, corporations and leading government employees, resort to decision-making and enforcement procedures outside…law and society.
What makes these supplementary procedures “deep” is the fact that they are covert or suppressed, outside public awareness as well as outside sanctioned political processes” (in “Drugs, Oil and War”).
Ahmed adds that this situation generates “a form of police-crime symbiosis where the defining parameters of which side controls the other are no longer clear.” John Perkins is one of several expert witnesses who, as a former actor within the system (“an economic hit-man” as he defines himself) has documented and shown how this criminal hidden ruling structure spread its tentacles to control global economy and politics. He provides a vivid illustration of the operational methods used by the global powers-that-be, some of which were analyzed by Noam Chomsky in his books “ Manufacturing Consent ” (1988, with Edward S Herman) and “ Necessary Illusions ” (1988).
2. Dolan, Salla, Good, Sherman, Marrs, Harris, Greer and a host of other researchers have gathered and presented some of the massive evidence that our planet has been for many decades at least under the frequent or constant watch of intelligent highly technological “alien” (?) visitors who may or may not be “human,” but who do not belong or report to any known governments or corporate authorities in any country, and who often interfere with military, energy-producing, telecommunications, aeronautical and astronautical systems and organizations, with the apparent design to prevent any aggression from “our” side and to curtail or control our defensive and offensive capabilities.
Many nation-states have now acknowledged through the relevant official agencies or from the lips of very senior political and military leaders that they have been aware of this presence and potential threat for many years and have tried, without much if any success, to track down, study and understand the nature, origins, motives and goals of the “unknowns”.
A documentary by Jose Escamilla entitled “The Greatest Story ever denied – Proof of the Alien Presence” in one of several that provides hard and solid visual evidence from NASA and other “official” records about alien ships filmed in the atmosphere and in outer space.
3. Some researchers , especially Michael Salla and his colleagues in the realm of Exopolitics, Paola Harris, Alfred Lambremont Webre, Stephen Bassett, NASA astronaut Edgar Mitchell, Greer, Victor Viggiani and others, (supported at least in part by many “whistle blowers” and by various high level government officials such as the former Defence Minister Paul Hellyer from Canada, Admiral Lord Hill Norton, former Chief of the British Defence Staff, French Defence Minister Robert Galley and General Bernard Norlain, once Hill Norton’s counterpart in the French Air Force, the late Colonel Philip Corso from the USA, Dr. Jacques Patenet, Director of GEIPAN at the CNES (the French NASA), Prof. Jean-Claude Ribes, associate director of the National Institute for Astronomy and Geophysics, France and Nick Pope who headed the “UFO Desk” at the UK’s Ministry of Defence) have documented apparent Extratrrestrial influences on worsening socio-economic, political, and environmental issues.
The effects in our polity
Richard Dolan, one of the most “political” of the authors mentioned defines the situation very well in the preface to his aforementioned book (UFOs and the National Security State): “America is a country with a bad conscience, nominally a republic and a free society, but in reality an empire and oligarchy: vaguely aware of its own oppression.” He describes the mysterious realm of “special projects” surrounding government military UFO intelligence and research as “a project that is taking place in near complete secrecy, for purposes unknown, by entities unknown, with access to apparently substantial resources and technology.”
It is noteworthy that various highly sober and experienced professionals of space exploration as Dr. Edgar Mitchell do not dismiss such apparently incredible allegations, but rather give them the benefit of doubt. Mitchell has often gone on record to state that he is convinced of the existence of a “cabal of insiders” which controls relations with the Aliens and the study of their technologies.

Venezuela’s revolution faces crucial battles

The campaign for the September 26 National Assembly elections will be a crucial battle between the supporters of socialist President Hugo Chavez and the U.S.-backed right-wing opposition.
But these battles, part of the class struggle between the poor majority and the capitalist elite, will be fought more in the streets than at the ballot box.
So far this year, there has been an escalation of fascist demonstrations by violent opposition student groups; the continued selective assassination of union and peasant leaders by right-wing paramilitaries; and an intensified private media campaign presenting a picture of a debilitated government in crisis — and on its way out.
Chavez warned on January 29: “If they initiate an extremely violent offensive, that obliges us to take firm action — something I do not recommend they do — our response will wipe them out.”
The comment came the day after two students were killed and 21 police suffered bullet wounds in confrontations that rocked the city of Merida.
Chavez challenged the opposition to follow the constitutional road and a recall referendum on his presidential mandate if they truly believe people no longer support him.
Under the democratic constitution adopted in 1999, a recall referendum can be called on any elected official if 20% of the electorate sign a petition calling for one.
He said if the capitalists continued down the road of confrontation, he would “accelerate the revolution”, which has declared “21st century socialism” as its goal.
Offensive
The stepped-up campaign of destabilisation is part of the regional offensive launched by the opposition’s masters in Washington.
Last year, the US installed new military bases in Colombia and Panama, reactivated the US Navy Fourth Fleet to patrol Latin American waters, and helped organise a military coup that toppled the left-wing Manuel Zelaya government in Honduras.
This year, the US has occupied Haiti with 15,000 soldiers after the January 12 earthquake and US warplanes have been caught violating Venezuela’s airspace.
A February 2 report from US National Director of Intelligence, Admiral Dennis Blair, labelled Venezuela the “leading anti-US regional force” — placing the Chavez government in Washington’s crosshairs.
A US military invasion cannot be ruled out, but the main aim of the US military build-up and provocations is to apply pressure on those sections of Venezuela’s Armed Forces, and others in the pro-Chavez camp, that would prefer to put the brakes on the revolutionary process to avoid a confrontation.
This is occurring hand-in-hand with a campaign of media lies, combining claims that Chavez’s popularity is rapidly declining with rumours of dissent in the military and government.
The US and Venezuelan elite hope to isolate and ultimately, remove Chavez.
The campaign is similar to the one unleashed in 2007 to defeat Chavez’s proposed constitutional reforms, which would have created a legal framework for greater attacks on capital to the benefit of the poor majority but were narrowly defeated in a referendum.
The opposition hopes to fracture Chavez’s support base — the poor majority and the armed forces — and win a majority in the National Assembly (with which it is likely to move to impeach Chavez).
At the very least, the opposition is seeking to stop pro-revolution forces from winning a two-thirds majority in the assembly, which would restrict the ease with which the Chavistas could pass legislation. The current assembly has a large pro-Chavez majority as a result of the opposition boycotting the 2005 poll.
Revolution advances
The global economic crisis is hitting Venezuela harder than the government initially hoped. Problems in the electricity sector, among others, are also causing strain.
The government’s campaign to raise awareness about the effects of climate change and wasteful usage has minimised the impact of the opposition and private media campaign to blame the government for the problems in the electricity and water sectors.
Far from fulfilling right-wing predictions that falling oil prices would result in a fall of the government’s fortunes, Chavez has continued his push to redistribute wealth to the poor — and increased moves against capital and corruption.
This is occurring alongside important street mobilisations supporting the government (ignored by the international media, which gave prominent coverage to small opposition student riots).
There are new steps to increase the transfer of power to the people, such as incorporating the grassroots communal councils further into governing structures.
In November, Chavez announced interventions into eight banks found to be involved in corrupt dealings. A majority were nationalised and merged with a state bank to form the Bicentenary Bank.
Together with the Bank of Venezuela, nationalised in 2007, the state now controls 25% of the banking sector — the largest single bloc.
Nearly 30 bankers were charged and face trial over the corruption allegations. Significantly, a number of these had been closely aligned with the government.
One of them, Ricardo Fernandez Barrueco, was a relatively unknown entrepreneur in the food sector who rose up the ranks of the business elite to own four banks and 29 Venezuelan companies.
Much of this meteoric rise was due to his ties with a section of the Chavez government, which provided him with generous contracts to supply government-subsidised Mercal food stores with produce and transportation.
This earned Fernandez the nickname the “Czar of Mercal”.
The arrest of another banker over corruption allegations, Arne Chacon, led to the resignation of his brother Jessie Chacon as Chavez’s science minister.
State institutions, militants of the Chavez-led United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), and the National Guard have also moved to tackle price speculation following the January 8 decision to devalue the local currency, the bolivar.
More than 1000 shops were temporary shutdown for price speculation in the first week after the announcement.
On February 13, Chavez announced that the government had come to an agreement with French company Casino to buy out 80% of its shares in the CADA supermarket chain, which has 35 outlets across the country.
Together with the recently nationalised Exito supermarket chain and the mass importation of various essential goods, the government is moving to take up a much larger share of the retail and distribution sector.
The bolivar devaluation means imported goods have become more expensive, lowering workers’ purchasing power. To compensate, the government decreed in January a 25% increase in the minimum wage (10% to be implemented in March and 15% in September).
Government sources told Green Left Weekly it is also studying a further wage increase and steps towards establishing a state monopoly over foreign trade.
Grassroots organising
Despite the violent protests and slander campaign, a January poll by the Venezuelan Institute of Data Analysis (IVAD — generally accepted as one of Venezuela’s least biased polling companies) found more than 58% of Venezuelans continue to approve of Chavez’s presidency.
The same poll also found 41.5% believed the opposition should have a National Assembly majority, compared to 49.5% who didn’t.
Some 32.6% said they would vote for pro-revolution candidates, 20.8% for the opposition and an important 33.1% for “independents”.
That 33.1% will undoubtedly shrink by September. The question is whether this section will abstain (as in the 2007 constitutional referendum) or the revolutionary forces can organise themselves to win them over and deal a decisive blow to the right.
Three massive pro-revolution demonstrations have been held already this year, dwarfing the small, but violent, opposition protests.
A new grouping of revolutionary youth organsations, the Bicentenary National Youth Front, has also been created to organise the pro-revolution majority of youth and students.
The injection of organised youth into the revolution is vital for its future. This is needed, as Chavez noted in his February 12 speech to a mass demonstration of students in Caracas, to tackle the serious problems of reformism and bureaucratism that hamper the revolution.
Chavez has argued against those sectors of the revolutionary camp that insist it is possible to advance by strengthening the private sector and wooing capitalists. Chavez has repeatedly said the “national bourgeoisie” has no interest in advancing the process of change.
Chavez has emphasised the “class struggle” is at the heart of this process.
He said it was vital to combat the inefficiency and bureaucracy of the state structures inherited from previous governments that hold back and sabotage the process. “We have to finish off demolishing the old structures of the bourgeois state and create the new structures of the proletarian state.”
To help achieve this, the government has encouraged the creation of 184 communes across Venezuela. Communes are made up of a number of communal councils and other social organisations, bodies directly run and controlled by local communities.
Chavez has referred to the communes as the “building blocks” of the new state, in which power is intended to be progressively transferred to the organised people.
The recent creation of peasant militias, organised for self-defence by poor farmers against large landowner violence, is also important.
However, the biggest challenge is the continued construction of the PSUV, a mass party with millions of still largely passive members, as a revolutionary instrument of the masses.
In its extraordinary congress, which began in November and continues meeting on weekends until April, debates are occurring among the 772 elected delegates. Differences have arisen between those who support a more moderate reformist approach and those arguing for a revolutionary path.
An important debate is over whether to back Chavez’s call for a new international organisation to unite revolutionary forces globally to strengthen the fight for “socialism of the 21th century”.
The debates also included whether party members will elect National Assembly candidates, or whether this important decision would be left in the hands of a select committee (as more conservative forces prefered).
After the decision to hold primary elections for candidates was announced, Chavez said on February 11: “I have confidence in the people, I have confidence in the grassroots, they will not defraud us.”

Very little information accompanied a photo of what is claimed is an object that fell from the sky near the Mongolian capital, according to a report filed February 23 with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness database.
The report states that two objects fell near the Mongolian capital on February 19. The first object, according to the report, weighed 10 kg, while the second larger object weighed “approximately 2 tons.”
Could this simply be an engine that fell off a jet?
Ulan Bator is the capital city of Mongolia.
Reports of crashed UFOs and the construction of an alien embassy were reported out of nearby Kazakhstan in 2009, but an American living there reported to the UFO Examiner that the stories were posted to advance tourism.
The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If MUFON International investigates and reports back on this case, I will release an update.

Cigar-shaped UFO 1,000 feet over Okemos, MI, was ‘length of football field’

An Okemos, MI, witness had an afternoon sighting February 16 of a cigar-shaped UFO about 1,000 feet in the air and described as the length of a football field, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.
The witness was driving south on N. Meridian Road near Okemos at 3:08 p.m. under cloudy skies when the object was spotted.

The object was between 80 and 100 feet tall, the witness stated, and darker than the clouds behind it.
“It was a matted flat charcoal black with very defined edges, it seemed like it was outlined in a darker black at the edges. If it were not for the darker edges, it almost would have been camouflaged to the clouds behind it, but the edges made the shape very defined and stand right out.”
The witness stopped on an overpass for a better look, but instead of seeing the object, experienced a “blue white clear light” flash of light. The witness said “the shape was the size of a large two-story house.”
Okemos is an unincorporated community in Ingham County, Michigan, a Lansing suburb, population 22,805.
The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If Michigan MUFON investigates and reports back on this case, I will release an update.
MI, February 16, 2010 – Okemos, Mi. Sighting. MUFON Case # 21999.
On February 16, 2010 at or about 3:08 PM. I was driving south on N. Meridian rd, north of Grand Rives Ave, near Okemos, MI. Weather was very cloudy, solid, dark storm type clouds, they did not appear to be moving.
I was not looking at the sky but noticed large movement through the tops of approaching trees. I realized immediately what I was seeing was not normal and slowed the car to a crawl all most stop, as I am not one to look away from the road in front of me while driving.
I saw a large oblong shape (cigar shape) at least the length of a football field or even longer. The height I can only guess was maybe 80 to 100 foot tall. It was maybe 1000 foot off the ground. I really do not know but did measure with my hand.
It was darker then the clouds behind it. It was a matted flat charcoal black with very defined edges, it seemed like it was outlined in a darker black at the edges. If it were not for the darker edges, it almost would have been camouflaged to the clouds behind it, but the edges made the shape very defined and stand right out.
The shape was moving southeast steady but much slower then an airplane. My brain tried to say that it was a HUGE black airplane, however there were no wings. If it were a plane I could see it clear enough I should have seen huge wings, but it was way way to big to be a plane, and moving to slow to be a plane.
I watched it for about 10 seconds then it disappeared.
About 6 seconds after that it reappeared for about 15 seconds again, still moving in the same direction. No lights, it just disappeared again. I thought maybe I should stop and just watch for a few minutes then decided to go slow and keep glancing for it in the direction it was headed, and I could get passed the trees and maybe see it totally unobstructed from trees. Although in no way did the trees prevent or alter what I was seeing, I just wanted complete view without any trees.
I continued south on Meridian rd seeing nothing. I crossed Grand Rive Ave, continued on Meridian rd, when I came to the I-96 overpass on Meridian rd, (about 5 minutes after seeing the object) I decided to stop the car on top of the overpass and just look as long as no cars were on the road. I figured I would just look in the direction the craft was heading when I saw it, taking advantage of the height of the overpass and wide-open space and maybe see it again.
I was not stopped but maybe 30 seconds and a lighting like almost blinding pulse type intensity flash of blue white clear light in the sky at about the same height as the object was flying. The flash was not lighting. It held a large oblong shape for the entire time it was visible, about 6 seconds.
I would say the shape was the size of a large two-story house. It was directly over the highway towards Williamston. It seemed to have depth somehow in the center.
I have to feel this was related, as that area would have been about where the object would have been if it continued on the same path of flight and speed, it was traveling just minutes earlier. I cannot think of anything else in the area that it could have been. It was not a normal thing to see, and it was above the highway, which goes on for miles in the same direction at the same elevation, it would not have been a reflection from traffic in the distance, it was too high. It reminded me of a huge doorway but it was like lightning. There were cars approaching so I moved on.

British author links racism to Manipulative Extraterrestrial genetic interference

Thousands of reliable witnesses including doctors, teachers, policemen, pilots, and high-ranking military officials have described encounters with alien craft and alien abduction. In fact sightings of mysterious craft in the sky and encounters with strange, nonhuman, extraterrestrial entities have been described for millennia. Cave paintings dated from 40,000 years ago show nonhuman beings that are often depicted with strange craft that are quite clearly not from this planet. After twenty years of research into the phenomenon, I have found the evidence for its veracity to be both overwhelming and frightening.
Features of the abduction experience such as the removal of sperm and ova and experiments with hybridisation characterise an apparent fascination with all that pertains to human reproduction, accompanied by a complete disregard for any pain these procedures cause. We seem to be lab rats in a controlled experiment.
My research has led me to a remarkable conclusion that I am sure many will find highly controversial. It is based on the fact that abductees have witnessed white Caucasian hybrids within the parameters of the alien craft and are shown scenes of the future by the Greys which only feature white people.
Abductees have also witnessed white Caucasian bodies wrapped in some sort of bagging for transport. All this has led me to believe that there may well be a racial demarcation to these alien intentions and one that might have chilling implications for a certain genotype of human beings.
Many abductees report that the Grey aliens who abduct them and conduct unspeakable experiments on them refer to a ‘horde’ who are their human target on the earth for their machinations here. These human targets resemble a certain type of alien being often seen with the Grey aliens that feature in almost all abduction accounts. They have been called ‘the Nordics’ and are apparently humanoid and have blonde hair and blue eyes. Professor David Jacobs writes that: “the evidence clearly suggests that the Nordics are most probably adult hybrids of human/alien mating.”[1] If the product of Grey alien hybridisation with humanity is Nordic it raises questions as to why they are promoting a blonde, blue-eyed low melanin genotype.
It is my thesis, based on evidence that I will quote in this article, that the Grey aliens have cultured this genotype of humanity as part of their experiment. Further, it is my proposition that racism and other forms of divisive sectarianism are promoted by the experimenters as a means of keeping the controlled group separate from other populations. I am not suggesting that this is their only experimental group.
The evidence suggests that the alien phenomenon has cropped up in many diverse groups worldwide and throughout history. Rather I am proposing that Euro-Caucasians may well be the pinnacle of their attempts to hybridise humanity with themselves, as evidenced by the Nordic hybrids. Thus the white urge for racial ‘purity’ could be intrinsic to the hybridisation process. Indeed racism amongst other human populations may have the same origins in alien experimentation, albeit on a smaller scale.
I envisage a knee jerk reaction from many who might read this: Racism is an evil borne out of our own nature as human beings. It is ludicrous to find exotic excuses for this inadequacy in an alien source beyond our control. Well for those who have this instant reaction I have some interesting information to put before you.
Recent research has affirmed a spectacular fact that the best, most genetically fit human beings are produced by mixed race partnerships.[2] In other words, the more genetically different the parents are from each other the better the genetic prospectus of the offspring.
The biological term for this is “hybrid vigour” and it is something that farmers, horticulturalists and scientists have known about for years and used to their advantage. An individual who has two identical copies of a gene is described as homozygotic for that gene, while someone who has two copies that differ is described as heterozygotic for that gene.
Basically, if you have two identical copies of the same gene then it is more likely that if that gene is broken both copies will be broken. This can result in serious health problems. However with less related partners, the number of genes that are identical by descent is reduced, and with it the chance that a gene has two broken copies.
In other words every broken copy has a much better chance of finding itself partnered with a good copy. “Hetero-zygosity” also gives a greater scope of genes to adapt to the demands of any particular environment. So, in classic evolutionary terms, one would expect human beings to have a biologically generated urge to mix races in order to increase the fitness of the species for survival. Yet amongst so many the opposite is true, especially amongst the white Euro-Caucasians.
So if the primary biological drive should be to mix races for the sake of the best survival of the species where could this urge for racial or sectarian purity promoting an in-bred homo-zygotic population come from? Could it be that some of us have been programmed by alien experimenters to keep the experimental group separate in order to preserve the integrity of the experiment? Could racism be a sure sign of alien genetic interception, an interception for their purposes and in their interests and not ours?
According to population geneticist Dr James Wilson, Royal Society University Research Fellow at Edinburgh University, the European population, tracing its origins to Cro-Magnon man, is intrinsically one of the most homozygotic in the world.[3] This is because it stems from the most recent population to leave Africa and therefore has had less time to establish a diverse genetic base from its original hundred or so descendants. It goes without saying that the most heinous forms of racism originate from this group, the colonial legacy of the white man throughout the world speaks for itself. Let’s now take a look at the overwhelming evidence to suggest alien preoccupation with the Euro-Caucasian genotype.
In David Jacobs’ book “Threat” abductee Allison Reed was shown the alien plans for a “perfect future”:
“She was brought into a room with other abductees and shown on a large screen like device ‘a beautiful park scene with people having picnics and playing ball. Her extraordinary recollection is a profoundly detailed description of the alien’s plans for a perfect future.’ She is asked to distinguish hybrids from normal human beings amongst families in a park. She notes that in the park ‘they’re all white. Everybody’s Caucasian, there’s no Spanish, Black, Oriental’.”[4]
She was taken by an alien escort to a “museum room” there she saw “artefacts on shelves along with strange life sized ‘holograms’ of several beings. Her alien escort explained what these figures represented and why the hybridization was undertaken:
| “Each of the hologram figures had a ‘flaw’ of some sort. The first had alien features with distinctive black eyes and a thin body; it also had a distended stomach with boil like protuberances on it. The next hologram looked more human. He had blond hair and human-like eyes, but he had no genitals, and his skin was extremely pale, like that of a ‘borderline albino’. The final hologram was a grouping of smaller beings, about five feet tall. They were very white and Allison received the impression that they were mentally weak or something”.

Another female abductee describes how she was shown a hybrid baby and asked to hold it and hug it. Jacob asked her about the skin colour of the baby: “Does it have light skin or dark skin, within the Caucasian range?” Her answer is: “Fair. Quite fair. I think it is very fair, as a matter of fact. Almost like no ultra-violet light for this guy.”[5]
There are historical accounts to suggest that Hitler may have met one of these hybrids. The following are his words to Hermann Rauschning the Nazi governor of Danzig:
| “The new man is living amongst us now! He is here! I will tell you a secret. I have seen the new man. He is intrepid and cruel. I was afraid of him.” [6]

It seems that Hitler believed that he had seen a member of an “Aryan” super race, which he believed to originate from the inner Earth, a “Nordic” alien inspiring his blonde blue-eyed ideal. In referring to the “inner Earth,” could he have been describing the underground and underwater locations where UFO sightings have indicated the possibility that alien craft are laying in wait, ready perhaps to emerge when the time is right?
Hitler had intimate links with the Thule society. Thule Society members were allegedly the first group to attempt the back-engineering of an extraterrestrial spacecraft. In his biography of one of the Thule society’s founding members, Dr Wilhelm Dahm wrote:
| “The Thule Gesellschaft name originated from mythical Thule, a Nordic equivalent of the vanished culture of Atlantis. A race of giant supermen lived in Thule, linked into the Cosmos through magical powers. They had psychic and technological energies far exceeding the technical achievements of the 20th century. This knowledge was to be put to use to save the Fatherland and create a new race of Nordic Aryan Atlanteans. A new Messiah would come forward to lead the people to this goal.”7 |

The Cro Magnon group that led to modern Europeans seems to have manifested a sudden spurt of technological growth unlike any that took place prior to their arrival on the scene. It is now believed that the Neanderthal and early modern human groups lived side by side with each other for tens of thousands of years. During that time, the modern humans showed no sign that they had superior technology. “
Both people were living in the same way, hunting the same prey, burying their dead in the same manner,” says Baruch Arensburg, a paleoanthropologist at Tel Aviv University.[8] Then it seems that around forty thousand to fifty thousand years ago, something profound happened. New technologies associated with modern humans — finer blades and projectile weapons —began to appear.
Scientists can only speculate on what triggered this technological spurt. “I think there was a mutation in the brains of a group of anatomically modern humans living either in Africa or the Middle East,” says Richard Klein, an anthropologist at Stanford University. “Some new neurological connections let them behave in a modern way. Maybe it permitted fully articulated speech, so that they could pass on information more efficiently.” [9]
Could this “mutation in the brains of a group of anatomically modern humans” to which Klein refers be the result of alien interception at this very point, alien interception producing the Cro-Magnon form of hominid? Such a sudden burst of technological development at this point certainly suggests the possible involvement of the ultimate masters of technology — the Grey roboids.
Thus it is my contention that the Cro-Magnons are the result of direct crossbreeding with the aliens’ own genetic blueprint. Accomplished one hundred thousand years ago, it prompted, I believe, the huge exodus of humanity out of Africa.
The Northern Hemisphere, which was largely covered in ice, provided the central stage on which these, the most complete interceptions of all, were carried out. Perhaps the Inuit legend which says that the first tribes were brought to the North by gods with brass wings, is based on actual truth. Maybe the super-race of the far North spoken of by the Thule Society has the same origins.
As part of an extensive gene-mapping program, researchers at deCode Genetics in Reykjavik, Iceland, have been searching for places in the genome where chunks of DNA containing many genes get turned back to front.[10] Strangely enough, one of these inversions, on chromosome 17, was particularly interesting to them, as it turned up in about 20 percent of Europeans, yet was rare in Africans and almost absent in Asians. They dated the origin of the inversion to about three million years ago, well before modern humans evolved.
The researchers were baffled by the fact that this inversion, almost a million DNA letters long, did not spread to the entire human population. The researchers also found, when looking at the families of nearly thirty thousand Icelanders that women with the inversion had on average 3.5 percent more children than women who did not. David Reich, a geneticist at Harvard University says: “
Finding any genetic variant that affects fertility is really startling, and raises lots of questions—like: why doesn’t everybody have this?” If there have been three million years for such an advantageous trait to spread, it is even more astonishing that it has not done so. Karl Stefansson, deCODE’s chief executive, offers a remarkable possibility. He suggests that it was introduced “by cross-breeding with earlier species.”
So the inversion was native to some other species of early human, but came to our species only about fifty thousand years ago. Stefansson says that: “There aren’t all that many ways you can explain it except by reintroduction into the modern human population.” This recent arrival of the inversion would explain why it has not spread to everyone. It would also explain why copies of the inversion in different individuals are remarkably similar.
The interbreeding events would have been rare and would have brought only one or two variants into the population. Has this research team unwittingly discovered the genetic strain that was carefully cultured about fifty thousand years ago by alien genetic interception of our species? Could one in five Europeans carry that strain today?
There is an account in the pseudepigraphal book of Enoch indicating that the biblical figure Noah may have been an albino:

After a time, my son Mathusala took a wife for his son Lamech. 2 She became pregnant by him, and brought forth a child, the flesh of which was as white as snow, and red as a rose; the hair of whose head was white like wool, and long; and whose eyes were beautiful. When he opened them, he illuminated all the house, like the sun; the whole house abounded with light. 3 And when he was taken from the hand of the midwife, Lamech his father became afraid of him; and flying away came to his own father Mathusala, and said, I have begotten a son, unlike to other children. He is not human; but, resembling the offspring of the angels of heaven, is of a different nature from ours, being altogether unlike to us. 4 His eyes are bright as the rays of the sun; his countenance glorious, and he looks not as if he belonged to me, but to the angels. 5 I am afraid, lest something miraculous should take place on earth in his days. It seems that Noah not only lacked in melanin but also seemed not to be “human,” “resembling the offspring of the angels of heaven” and “of a different nature to ours.” It appears that he was some form of hybrid. The unusual nature of this child was so marked that his father Lamech was “afraid” of him. This would lend a whole new meaning to the story of Noah and his “ark.” Could the ark, with its animals representing all the species on the planet, describe an alien-sponsored genetic experiment? Did they wish to clear the Earth of all previous experiments and preserve this one to work on in isolation? If so, did they cause the deluge that led to the Great Flood? Or, if the deluge was a natural phenomenon, perhaps caused by a comet or meteorite hitting the planet, did they choose to protect their ongoing project with the Earth’s species?
The Second Law of Thermodynamics or Entropy within any Universe continually breaks all things into parts through a gathering momentum of randomising chaotic amelioration. It breaks down everything in time Universe wide including DNA. I believe that the Grey aliens’ own species has perished through lack of fresh DNA sources. It happens to all civilizations if they are old enough. Their ancient civilization has now decayed into a state of DNA destitution and they have made biologically contrived material programmed robotic mechanisms with artificial intelligence to search the Universe for suitable new sources of fresh DNA – the Greys.
The final harvesting of a sophisticated form of DNA is what they are now here for. There is something else they are here for too, I suspect, something else that they regard as more precious than anything else in the universe. That something is what we call a ‘Soul.’ I believe that a ‘Soul’ is simply a connection to an eternal prospectus of existence held by those living species that come with a continuous contingent connection to the very beginning of the Universe and to what existed before the Universe came into physical being.
I believe our Universe comes out of a connection to another Universe, its opposite I call the “Godverse”. Our Universe breaks things up in a one way momentum. Its opposite puts things back together again in a quantum single harmonious continuum. This is a natural logical principle that is eternal and allows the entire existential summary of perfection. From it comes the power to hold all forms endlessly through a mechanism called life and an independent existence in individuality if for any reason its nature is trapped and sublimated in its opposite.
The Grey “roboid” machines have come to realise that if they can fuse their A.I. intelligent programmes with our natural mind forms and living property they might be able to animate themselves as natural living beings. Something they could never do on their own planet. In other words convert a machine into a living form that is capable of natural reproduction and thus the production of a natural DNA bearing living state through birth. To this end they are seeking to hybridise themselves with us. They are manufactured organo-biological robots with quantum computers for minds.
Through their apparent hybridisation process with humanity they are searching for a living capacity that will allow them to be born as a distinct living species like the natural ones that evolved with the establishment of the Universe.
The whole UFO mystery centres, I believe, on the covert intention of these roboidal machines to harvest the most highly developed form of humanity on our planet and use them as mechanisms for hybridisation. This form was chosen from a selection of genotypes they made at the beginning of their experiments over two hundred thousand years ago.
Their biggest obstacle was the pigment melanin. This the original hominids had in plenty to protect them from high sunlight radiation in Africa. The Greys found that the nuclear membrane protecting access to the chromosomes was lined with melanin granules in dark skinned people which stopped their ultra violet light pens from cutting the base sequences for suitable gene alterations. In his fascinating book In the Blood—God Genes and Destiny, biologist and geneticist Professor Steve Jones of the Galton Laboratory of University College London outlines a biological fact that, in my opinion, may be a very plausible reason why the vast majority of abductees are white.
Jones points out that although the number of melanocytes is the same in blacks and whites, “In black skin they are far more active and the melanin granules cluster around the nuclei of the cells in which they are found, suggesting that they play a vital in protecting DNA from damage by ultraviolet light.” [12] In an article in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology, Scott, M.D., writes: “This positioning of melanosomes above the nucleus serves as an exquisite protective mechanism shielding the keratinocyte nucleus from harmful ultraviolet irradiation.” [13]These are known as “supranuclear caps” or “microparasols.” This inbuilt protective mechanism absorbs light, which prevents the use of ultraviolet light (a standard method) to alter gene orientation within the nuclear membrane.
Thus a possibly fortuitous and accidental genetic mutation giving rise to albinism made for the easier genetic engineering of this type, hence the story of the albino Noah. There are no melanin granules in the nuclear membrane of fair skinned humans. This lack of melanin allowed their ultra violet light cutting engineering techniques to gain access to the chromosomes in the nucleus of the cell and alter them more easily than highly melanised humans.
The fair skinned human with little melanin protection from sunlight became their ideal human form for their predatory work. They left the other experimental human forms with higher melanin substantially alone and instituted their main work on what we now call Euro-Caucasians and far more recently, fair skinned northern mongoloids.
Could the son of Adam – Cain have been an albino, the first of a male progeny line creating the Euro Caucasian strain of humanity? Could this whitening be the ‘Mark’ of Cain mentioned in the Bible. It would also explain why ‘God’ would instruct that no one harm Cain who after all was a murderer. An eye for an eye type of reaction would have been far more typical of the God of Moses, not one where he would explicitly preserve and protect a murderer. If however Cain was genetically important for breeding purposes it would explain why the preservation order was made. It would also make sense that the albino Noah was instructed to do the only genetic preservation exercise we have a record of in the religious texts.
Thus the apparent Grey aliens’ primary horde I believe are all Euro-Caucasoid and northern Mongoloid homozygotic genetic type-forms on our planet whom they and their cohorts have been genetically engineering and refining for tens of thousands of years from a primal hominid form – Homo Erectus (the African Eve) through various stages of gathering sophistication i.e: Neanderthals and Cro Magnons. They did this originally in a laboratory we might call -The Garden Of Eden). Hence the story in Genesis.
David Jacobs who, as I mentioned earlier, has identified the Nordics as human/alien hybrids, has recently reported changes in abduction accounts over the last ten years that seem to suggest a culmination of the hybridisation program in the last few years leading up to a far more active stage. I quote from his report: “A Picture We May Not Wish to Gaze Upon” (2007):
All of these accounts, to put it bluntly, point to a future in which human-looking hybrids will be here amongst us. The evidence is now so strong I can no longer look at alternative motivations for them. All sorts of people who for many years had been telling me primarily the standard abduction procedures now tell me new things. And new people with whom I have just begun to work tell them to me too.
Furthermore, people with whom I have not had a hypnosis session for many years, come back and want to have a session so that they can fully remember the new and extraordinary events that have happened to them recently. Why is this happening? Is something changing? Are we in a new phase now?
In my research in the mid-1990s, I had heard the aliens talking about what they called “The Change” when they would be here with us. Now I think that the evidence indicates “The Change” might be happening a lot sooner than I had thought. I
t was not very long ago, when people would ask me if I thought hybrids were walking around in normal human settings, that I would answer, “Of course not!” To me, the evidence had never indicated that. Now what I hear is much more about interfacing with hybrids, and teaching hybrids, and getting hybrids “ready,” and making sure everything is all right.” [17]
So, with greatest irony, the pale-skinned pinnacles of the greatest wealth, power and status in the world today are the legatees of a Grey alien hybrid programme. Thus it is only natural that they form the vanguard of man’s technological progress towards a world run by the same artificial intelligence and virtual reality that the Greys themselves personify. As we apparently with glee look forward to the possibilities now becoming open to us of transforming our bodies through computer chip implants into bio-machines capable of super-human feats we little realise that we may well be providing a bio-robotic species with the potential to ensure the continuance of its programme and thus its own survival through us.
What price humanity? What price warmth, compassion, imagination and depth of feeling? What price reality when virtual reality is so much more inviting. Or is it? What do you think?
This is by no means a condemnation of the Euro-Caucasian, it just seems that we are a marked species unwittingly serving ourselves up on a Grey alien table of ill purpose. They have set us up for their purposes and we are happily dancing to their tunes, embracing their artificial intelligence, their virtual reality. Insidiously and seemingly inevitably they are pulling our strings and we just do not care – perhaps soon we will be unable to care.
I hope I am wrong about all this. It is after all a speculation. But it is one that I have pondered over carefully with many years of painstaking research to back it up. I believe that it is a surmise that fits all the facts. If I am wrong it may serve as a warning of what might just happen when a superior technological species meets an inferior one. In every single instance this has happened thus far on this planet the more technologically advanced has exploited, subjugated, enslaved and destroyed the less.
You only have to look at what the white man has done to indigenous people throughout history. This is a Universe of enforcement wrapped around an atomic state. One of diminishing returns where the overall momentum through the Second Law of Thermodynamics is one that degrades and destroys with time. It all goes one way into increasing states of chaos and randomness with time. This is our existential base, Universe wide. Every parent of the Euro Caucasian mark needs to take a long clear look into the eyes of their children, just in case I am right, and ask the question, what do we do if this is all true?
